Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the AI Practice Portal operated by Elevate (“Elevate”, “we”, “us”) at platform.elevatemsp.ai. The platform helps managed service providers (MSPs) package, sell, and deliver AI solutions to their business clients, including syncing data from systems those clients authorize. By using the platform you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for actions taken under your account. Access within a workspace is role-based; administrators are responsible for who they invite and what access they grant.

You and your organization retain all rights to the content you create in the platform and to the business data synced from systems you connect. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the service. We do not use your data to train generalized AI models. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Connecting a third-party system (such as a CRM or accounting platform) requires authorization through that provider’s own consent process, and your use of those systems remains governed by their terms. You represent that you have the authority to connect any system you connect and to authorize the access requested.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other tenants’ data, probing or disrupting the service, reselling it without agreement, using it to violate law or third-party rights, or introducing malicious code.

The platform produces AI-assisted analyses, drafts, and recommendations. These are starting points, not professional advice; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending them to clients.

We work to keep the service available and secure but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid by your organization for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the service and disconnect connected systems at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
