Who we are

Elevate (“Elevate”, “we”, “us”) provides the AI Practice Portal, a platform that helps managed service providers (MSPs) package, sell, and deliver AI solutions to their business clients. This policy covers both our public website at meetelevate.ai and the platform at platform.elevatemsp.ai. Questions go to russ@elevatemsp.ai.

Our website: the waitlist and meeting requests

The only thing our website asks you for is a name and a work email. When you submit that form we collect:

  • Your name and work email, as you enter them.
  • The meeting time you asked for, if you picked one rather than simply joining the waitlist.
  • Where the enquiry came from. The first page you landed on, held in the session cookie described below, and any campaign parameters (utm_source and similar) present in the link you followed.

We use it to reply to you, to arrange the meeting you asked for, and to tell you when we come out of stealth. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build a profile of you anywhere else.

Submitting the form posts these details to our own internal Slack channel and sends you a confirmation email through Resend. Where we use an outreach tool (lemlist) to manage follow-up, the same details are stored there.

Unsubscribing. Reply to any email from us and ask to be removed, or write to russ@elevatemsp.ai. We act on the request as soon as we receive it, and you do not have to give a reason.

Cookies and website analytics

Our website sets one cookie of its own. It records the first page you landed on, so that an enquiry can be attributed to the page that prompted it. It holds a path such as /about and nothing that identifies you, and your browser clears it when you close it.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records page views and interactions, such as which buttons are pressed and whether a form was completed, along with the technical information Google collects by default, and it sets its own cookies to do so. We do not send your name or email address to Google Analytics. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with an extension, and the site works normally without them.

We also use Claydar, a third-party analytics service. It records page views and interactions on this site and sends them to its own servers. It can be blocked the same way, and the site works normally without it.

The platform: information we collect

  • Account information. Name, email address, and organization details when you sign in (via Google or Microsoft single sign-on) or are invited to a workspace.
  • Workspace content. Material you or your organization create in the platform: client records, proposals, catalogs, campaign content, and messages exchanged with AI agents.
  • Connected business data. When an authorized administrator connects a business system (for example a CRM such as HubSpot, or accounting software such as QuickBooks Online), we sync the records that connection was authorized to read (such as companies, contacts, deals, or accounting entries) into an isolated data workspace dedicated to that client organization.
  • Usage and diagnostics. Logs, telemetry, and device information used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the platform, to generate the reports and AI-assisted outputs our customers request, to secure and troubleshoot the service, and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your workspace content or connected business data to train generalized AI models.

Credentials and authorization

Access to connected systems is granted by you through each provider’s own authorization screen. Credentials for connected data sources are held by the data-integration provider or a dedicated secret store, never stored in plaintext in our application database. You can revoke a connection at any time from the platform or from the source system, after which no new data is synced.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of subprocessors to run the service: Google Cloud Platform (hosting and infrastructure), Supabase (managed databases), Fivetran (data synchronization for connected sources), and Anthropic and Amazon Web Services (AI model processing). For the website and the enquiries it receives we also use Slack (internal notification), Resend (confirmation email), lemlist (follow-up), and Google Analytics and Claydar (website analytics). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Data isolation and security

Each client organization’s synced business data is stored in its own isolated database with role-scoped, read-only reporting access. Data is encrypted in transit, access is authenticated and role-based, and administrative actions are audit-logged.

Retention and deletion

We retain platform information while an account or connection remains active. When a data connection is disconnected, new syncing stops; previously synced data is retained according to the owning organization’s retention settings and deleted on request.

Website enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so that we can pick a conversation back up where it left off, and sooner if you ask us to delete them. Contact us at any time to request deletion of your details or of your organization’s data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. Send requests to russ@elevatemsp.ai and we will respond within the timelines applicable law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the website or the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
