About Elevate

“OK, so AI can do anything, sure. But what can it do for me?”

At Elevate, we turn the messy data inside a small business into something AI can act on. Then we deploy the right app or agent to deliver the outcome.

MSPs serve small businesses. They already run the technology, and they already have the owner's trust. A small business won't do this alone, and it won't do it with a stranger. So the MSP delivers it.

The MSP's #1 job is to be the trusted technology advisor to their clients. That job has never mattered more than it does right now. Our platform helps MSPs find where AI fits into each client's business. And then we deliver.

ElevateGrow is the MSP's AI practice operating system. ElevateSolutions is the catalogue of apps, agents, and automation they deploy for their clients.

What gets us fired up.

  • The mission. We help small businesses win in the age of AI.
  • The market. $600B a year in revenue. 150K MSPs. 1M+ small businesses. No other industry has human labor, software, and AI colliding at this scale.
  • The team. Backed by Tier 1 VCs. A leadership team with deep MSP channel experience, and builders from Snowflake, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Notarize, and Bitsight.

The role

Marketing at Elevate is founder-led today, and we've stayed semi-stealth on purpose while we found our first partners. Now we're moving from build to commercialization: a product launch to MSPs, and the marketing that helps our partners bring AI to their own clients.

No one else is doing what Elevate does. That's our biggest advantage, and the hardest part of this job: a new category doesn't explain itself. You'll own two things: telling the Elevate story so simply that an MSP gets it the first time, and turning that interest into action. Our GTM lead recruits and activates partners. You make sure the MSPs they talk to already know why Elevate matters.

As the first dedicated marketing hire, this is a build role with no playbook to inherit. You'll shape strategy with the founders and do the work yourself: write it, ship it, measure it. Progress is measured week over week.

What you’ll do

Story and product marketing

  • Own the story. No one is doing what Elevate does. Turn that into positioning and messaging that is simple, concrete, and easy to repeat, and make sure the website, sales materials, and content all say the same thing. Say it simply. Cut the jargon.
  • Translate the product into outcomes. Work with the product team to turn ElevateGrow and ElevateSolutions into clear value, use cases, and proof points a non-technical buyer understands.
  • Build the proof. Partner with our GTM lead and our MSPs to capture case studies, testimonials, and customer stories, and put them to work.
  • Own the competitive picture. Keep a sharp view of the alternatives MSPs are weighing and how they think about AI today, and use it to sharpen our story.

Launch and partner marketing

  • Lead the MSP product launch. Own the launch plan end to end: narrative, assets, channels, timing, and follow-through, coordinated with Product and GTM. Every touchpoint ends in a clear next step.
  • Build the partner marketing motion. Our promise to MSPs is simple: you sell, Elevate delivers. Build the partner kit, co-host webinars with MSPs, and run co-marketing that makes it easy for an MSP to start the AI conversation with their clients.
  • Equip the field. Plan our presence at MSP conferences and partner events, and keep the playbook, one-pagers, decks, and email sequences current, so every conversation starts from the same story and every event produces follow-up.

AI-native marketing engine

  • Build the engine with AI from day one. AI agents for list building, follow-up, and reporting, and HubSpot as the CRM with clean lifecycle stages and a clean hand-off to GTM, so a small team runs like a much bigger one.
  • Own AI search visibility. Buyers ask AI assistants before they ever visit a website. Use Profound (or an equivalent tool) to understand and improve how Elevate shows up.
  • Run the content cadence. Keep LinkedIn, the founder newsletter, and webinars on a steady rhythm, and help the founders' voice reach more MSPs. Amplified, not replaced.
  • Measure what matters. Marketing only counts when an MSP takes the next step: books a call, signs on as a partner, or runs a campaign with their own clients. Track what turns into those, report on it weekly, and cut what doesn't work.

Your first 30-60-90 days

  1. The story, nailed. Work with the founders to build a clear messaging hierarchy and ICP narrative, and get it consistent across the website, sales materials, and LinkedIn.
  2. The MSP launch executed, and partner kit v1 in use. Take the launch from plan through execution, and get the first version of our partner marketing kit into the hands of MSPs who are using it with their clients.
  3. An AI-native marketing engine, running. Profound (or equivalent), HubSpot, and a steady content cadence in place, with one measurable inbound or partner-sourced pipeline motion running.

Who you are

  • Strategic storyteller. You've built the story for something new, a category or a product buyers didn't have words for yet, and made it simple enough that people repeat it.
  • Product marketing depth. Positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement are your core skills, not side work.
  • Channel and SMB empathy. You understand how MSPs and small businesses buy, and what it takes to market through partners.
  • Hands-on operator. You write, ship, and measure the work yourself. You don't need a big team to get things out the door, and you iterate on what the numbers tell you.
  • AI-native working style. You use AI tools daily to research, write, build lists, and analyze. Your instinct is to ask "could an agent do this?"
  • Technical translation. You can take a technical AI product and explain it to a non-technical buyer in plain language.
  • Low ego. You'll partner with the founders on strategy, and you'll write the follow-up email, fix the landing page, and pull the weekly report with the same energy.
  • Experience. Significant B2B marketing experience with a product marketing focus, including a startup or owning something 0 to 1 at a larger company.

Bonus points

  • Channel experience: you've worked with managed service providers, IT services, or a channel-led business
  • Partner marketing: you've built a partner marketing program that partners actually used
  • Product launch: you've led a product launch from narrative through execution
  • Early-stage experience: you've worked at a startup where priorities evolve and people wear multiple hats

If this sounds like your kind of problem, we’d love to talk.
